This week marked the beginning of Ian's scholastic career. Transition week has taught us many things that we never knew before. Apparently he likes to nap from 12-2pm, something neither of us has ever seen... ever. There are seven other kids in his class and he gets pushed around a little bit but his teachers are good about sticking up for him. Here are a few pictures from his class today. In the black and white picture, Ian's the one in the middle.

Being Ian
These are a few pictures of Ian just being himself. Its quite hard to believe more than eight months have passed since he was born. Not a day passes without Ian discovering something new like that the toilet seat makes a loud noise when he lifts it up and drops it or that if he keeps his lips together, the food mom and dad are trying to feed him cannot go in.

Someone, and I'm not going to say who... went to daycare for the first time this week. Ian had a blast playing with the new toys and the huge space to roam around in. The other kids were more of an afterthought but Ian seemed to be interested when he managed to pull himself away from the toys. There are 7 or 8 other kids in his group most around the 15 month range so he's the smallest kid in the class but damn if he's not the cutest!
